One February, a few Salishan terriers were packing up to fly to the land of snow and ice for some natural earthwork. It dawned on us that they might be a little chilly, considering they live in a moderate to warm climate, so we started a search for some suitable “outerwear” that would offer them some respite from the cold when they weren’t working.
Pickings were slim, and while we found a large assortment of dog clothing items, nothing was quite right for the Jack Russells. So Frieda retired to her sewing machine and started making dog jackets.
We have modified many of our original concepts, and we now have what we consider to be a functional, attractive and durable line of coats for the Jack Russell Terrier.
The selection continues to grow and adapt as we receive requests, custom orders and ideas. We value your input, so if there is something you don’t see here,

view our Base Color Chart) with choice of complementary trims, reflective trims,
fleece linings and waterproof outer fabrics.
- All prices quoted for clothing are for Jack Russell sizes (dogs that weigh from 10 to 20 lbs). What you purchase here won't just come off the
shelf -- each item is custom sewn to your dog's dimensions. Because we aim to create the "perfect fit" for your dog's apparel, we ask you to
include the dog's body size measurements (Please view our Body Size Measurement
Guide).
- To serve all our customers more conveniently and thoroughly, we've added a "Custom Size Quote" feature. If your dog is larger or smaller
than our standard 10 to 20-lb. weight range, we can provide you with a quote for any of our clothing items including option choices especially made to
